rapid88 Terms & Conditions – Member Agreement

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and rapid88 ("rapid88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at rapid88.co and any related subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by rapid88 — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, slot games, and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the rapid88 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the rapid88 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active rapid88 account. This age threshold applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with the laws of your jurisdiction before accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of rapid88, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written exemption has been granted by rapid88 management.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the rapid88 Platform or any affiliated platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of rapid88 services, you must register a member account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One Account per Person: Each individual may hold only one active rapid88 account. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same or different personal details — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. rapid88 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rapid88 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct credentials is deemed to be authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a suspected security breach.
• KYC Verification: rapid88 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

rapid88 supports deposits and withdrawals denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. These thresholds may be revised by rapid88 at its discretion with reasonable notice to members.
• Accepted deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank online banking. Additional methods may be added or removed at rapid88's discretion.
• Deposits are processed instantaneously. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within 15 minutes of confirmed payment, you must contact rapid88 support via Live Chat and provide the transaction reference.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or pending KYC review.
• rapid88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or where the source of funds requires verification, before processing the withdrawal.
• Funds deposited on the Platform may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

rapid88 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings become withdrawable as real funds. Specific wagering requirements are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Attempting to exploit, circumvent, or abuse any bonus or promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other members, or any form of arbitrage — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, together with potential account suspension.
• rapid88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without notice, subject to the protection of any bonus already credited to a member's account in good faith.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the rapid88 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface, together with these general gameplay terms:

• All game outcomes for RNG (random number generator) games are produced by certified random number generation software. Results are independent of previous outcomes and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical events (card draws, wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted by a dealer in a licensed studio environment. rapid88 accepts no liability for network interruptions that affect live game sessions, though disputed rounds will be reviewed against the server-side game log.
• In the event of a technical malfunction — including server errors, software bugs, or disconnection during a game round — the round shall be declared void and the stake returned to the member's account. No further claim may be made in respect of a voided round.
• rapid88 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome where there is reasonable evidence of system error, data feed corruption, or third-party interference that affected the integrity of the result.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rapid88 Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with games.
• Collusion with other members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other activity intended to conceal the source or nature of funds transacted on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, where rapid88 is not licensed to operate, or in contravention of any applicable local law.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your rapid88 account, whether with or without your knowledge.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, or otherwise attempting to extract proprietary data from the Platform.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

rapid88 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the member.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring the suspension or closure of the account.

Upon account closure, rapid88 will return any verifiable balance of real-money funds (i.e., excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to the member via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and the satisfaction of any outstanding withdrawal conditions. This process may take up to 30 business days from the date of closure confirmation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the rapid88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary property of rapid88 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without express written authorisation from rapid88 is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rapid88 and its directors, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if rapid88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rapid88's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rapid88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data by rapid88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy. In summary, rapid88 collects personal data necessary for account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

12. Responsible Gaming

rapid88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Malaysian members. 14. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rapid88 holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body designated by rapid88's licensing authority. Nothing in this clause shall prevent rapid88 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
